My law firm is seeking an additional attorney to join our team and represent our consumer clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, trustees, administrative staff, and me. If you are skilled at communicating with a significant number of clients via Zoom, possess exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively communicate through video, text, and email, we encourage you to apply today! Please note that you must be a resident of Georgia. Responsibilities:

• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
• Must be an active member of the Georgia Bar
