What You’ll Do Responsible for building and leading testing teams. Evaluates the business implications of issues to drive test plans. Ensures user acceptance test tasks and deliverables are managed and completed according to project milestones. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. How You’ll Do It Develop and execute test scenarios Validate Fee Billing changes, in pre and post production environments. Data analysis to improve existing processes Develop and implement solutions to speed up processes through automation and modernization of tool set. Ensures consistency of user acceptance testing processes. Manages test documentation, execution, and approvals within defined timeline. Ensures test compliance with standards, security, compliance requirements, and procedures. Informs the business of issues and risks that may impact deliverables. Supports issue resolution development. Contributes to the development of the test automation strategies. Supports the development of the team and testing process improvements. Qualifications You’ll Need The Basics Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, Information Technology or Finance 4+ years of Software QA testing management 1+ years of Project Management experience In Lieu of Education 6+ years of Software QA testing management, project management experience Physical and Cognitive Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
