Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Typically 7+ years in UAT, QA, or related roles, with leadership experience. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework. Experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services preferred. Familiarity with Online Banking applications is a plus. Proven success implementing automated testing frameworks, Accessibility Testing and AI-based testing solutions. Skills: Verbal & written communication – Expert, Analytical and problem-solving – Expert, Influence and collaboration – Expert, Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions. Technical Tools: JIRA, Quality Center, Selenium or similar. Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, JAWS, NVDA) and WCAG standards. Preferred Certifications ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent. Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
