20-30 hours a weekPotential for conversionThe Email/SMS Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of short- and long-term email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role plays an important part of the team to execute email and SMS campaigns. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Assist with the day-to-day management of the production of email and SMS campaigns from start to end including creative trafficking, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis * Liaise with agency partners to perform QA and approvals for email/SMS * Assist with updates to team documents, including marketing calendars, shared presentations * Assist with the creative development process, including brief writing, giving feedback, and proofing. * Assist with weekly reporting updates, reading dashboards and providing a digest of information. * Assist with audience selection & requests to cross-functional teams for email/ SMS campaigns.
