This includes but is not limited to all building signage, company vehicles, branded truck and trailers, bobtails, & flatbeds, apparel, and literature - maintaining both Valley Pacific Brand Guidelines and Regulatory Compliance. We maintain the highest quality standards and are a resource for all departments in determining the best course of action for all their marketing and imaging needs - whether produced in-house or outsourced.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Perform large format print production.finishing on signs and banners including laminating, mounting to substrate, trimming, grommeting, and cutting.Perform quality assurance measures by accurately reading and interpreting work orders including proofing for errors or unacceptable finishing standards (wrinkles, loose grommets, etc.)Work with Corporate Identity Specialist as the last line of defense for ensuring all output follows Valley Pacific's Corporate & Affiliated Brand Guidelines.Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship.Product completion, including lamination, packaging, shipments, deliveries, and follow-up with our customers. Installation of final products, including assistance with truck wraps, building sign installation, indoor installations, and affixing decals.Building and site surveys (require traveling, measuring, site visits). Maintain companywide building and site information. Continual and ongoing training required for all equipment maintenance. Schedule and supervise daily/weekly/monthly/annual maintenance for all Print Shop equipment and keep accurate logs of maintenance schedules and processes.Oversee the procedures and practices at the Print Shop done by assistants and temporary workers.Required Skills/Experience:Minimum 2 years' experience working in a sign shop.Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Flexi.Knowledge of RIP software: Onix and Versaworks.Experience working on vehicle wrap printing and installation.Experience manufacturing digital print and vinyl cut signs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to learn new software, printer usage and installation procedures.Personable, problem-solver and self-motivatedGood verbal, phone, written and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license with clean driving recordAble to lift 50 pounds.Experience Advantages:Working with large format printers.
