Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist experienced in OASIS and HCHB for a remote home health chart reviewer role requiring a current CA PT license.

Responsibilities

• Remote position focused on reviewing home health charts and OASIS documentation
• Work schedule is 8-hour daytime shifts, four days per week with one weekend day required
• Primary responsibilities involve back office chart processing, particularly OASIS Tasks 3-4
• Uses Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for chart review and processing
• Position includes a 3-hour virtual training session
• Role focuses on in-depth review and processing of home health documentation
• Weekend coverage is required for either Saturday or Sunday each week
• Local candidates are accepted for this role

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist (CA PT) license required if applicable
• BCLS certification required
• Experience as a back office OASIS reviewer is required
• Proficiency with HCHB and OASIS systems is required
