We have a current opportunity for a User Support person in our IT Department Minimum Qualifications * 2-3 years experience in a Desktop Support role * Firsthand experience in a corporate environment with the following technologies/products: *

• Windows 10 & 11 * Microsoft Office Suites * Basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting with client computers and laptops. * Stand-alone and networked printer troubleshooting and repair * Desktop/Laptop hardware repair Must have CompTIA A+ certification CompTIA Network+ certification preferred Position Requirements * Respond to voice mail, email and user requests for tier 1 technical support for 400+ user base. * Analyze and resolve problems associated with hardware, operating systems, application software, printers and PC LAN connectivity * Performs a wide variety of tasks in software/hardware maintenance and operational support of client systems * Actively searches company database for previous solutions * Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. * Create/Maintain technical and procedural documentation * Adhere to company procedures * Ability to work assigned tickets to resolution and projects as assigned Personal Effectiveness: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have ability to work within a team environment to achieve shared goals. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively are essential.
