We're looking for a

What You'll Be Doing: - Support customers by phone, email, and chat-creating exceptional service experiences.
- Provide empathetic, professional, and positive customer support.
- Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.
- Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
- Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful support.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer.
- Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Learn our offerings inside and out-becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource.
What We're Looking For: - 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry a plus).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we'll train the right person!).
- A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
