LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing warehouse and logistics organization, and they are seeking a motivated Operations Manager – Warehousing & Logistics to join their team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. You’ll lead and inspire a diverse team, optimize processes, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff at all levels, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee all aspects of inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Champion workplace safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
• Manage inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive cost reduction, space optimization, and workflow enhancements through strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party partners.
• Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of customer interfacing and relationship management.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000

Benefits Offered: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
